Evan aims to see God honoured by making disciples who know Jesus Christ personally and worship and serve him enthusiastically.

We seek to do this by:

• Evangelism - telling as many people as possible the amazing news that those who trust in Jesus' death can be rescued from an eternity in hell and instead enjoy friendship with God now and for ever.
• Edification - teaching the Bible as God's key means of communicating the truth about Jesus and of bringing his followers to maturity in their faith. At the heart of church life is a Bible ministry that is faithful to Scripture and relevant to today's world.
• Encouragement - treasuring the friendship and the spiritual gifts of one another as we grow together as disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. Prayer will be at the heart of our church life as we depend on Him to work in us and through us. Our worship is the offering of our entire lives to God in holiness and service.
• Extension - taking the Gospel beyond our local community as we obey Jesus' command to make disciples of all nations. We will seek to identify, train and send those whom God has equipped for the task of world evangelisation.
